What is psilocybin?

What is "psilocybin"?

Psilocybin is the primary active ingredient in "magic" mushrooms. When we say "mushrooms" we are referring to psilocybin mushrooms.

Psilocybin gets metabolized into psilocin when ingested, which is what actually produces the psychedelic effect.
